Delice France rebranded Coup Pates UK chefs
Abstract
French bakery specialist Delice de France is to be rebranded as Coup de Pates as the owner Aryzta Food Solutions aims to target more UK chefs with enchanced offerings and sponsorships.

The merger will result in more exclusive products being made available to UK chefs alongside the existing Delice de France range.

Thierry Cacaly, managing director of Aryzta Food Solutions, said: “As we move into a bold new era for our business, we want to share our journey withour UK chefs and demonstrate that we are the authentic bakery experts - a true foodservice partner.

The newly-merged company will be first unveiled at January’s Hospitality Show where Coup de Pates has been announced as the core sponsor for the fine dining chef team challenge, La Parade des Chefs, part of the world famous Salon Culinaire culinary competition.

He added: “In France, the name Coup de Pates has long been synonymous with heritage, provenance, and artisanal skill; it’s time that the UK got to experience the same breadth of range and choice. It’s with great pride therefore, that our official launch coincides with the headline sponsorship of La Parade des Chefs at Salon Culinaire - truly one of the world’s most challenging culinary arenas.”

The company has also recently opened the Customer Innovation Centre in central London, with a focus on training and development of chefs and recently unveiled the Autumn/Winter 2014-15 catalogue, the first publication since the merger.

Cacaly concluded: “This exciting new chapter is all about strengthening our partnerships with the UK foodservice community, continuing the drive for innovation and quality. Indeed, quality has a new name and we want Coup de Pates to be on the lips of UK chefs going forward.”

Aryzta Food Solutions is currently the third largest frozen baker in the world, offering local and specialist understanding of the UK foodservice market.

The Hospitality Show 2015 will take place on January 19th-21st at Birmingham's National Exhibition Centre (NEC).
