Abstract
Compass Group UK & Ireland’s subsidiary company, Eurest, has launched its first public facing site in Solent Business Park, Fareham, under Compass’s Caffé Dallucci brand.

Specialising in food to go, the café will serve a selection of hot and cold foods made fresh on-site, including deli sandwiches, salads, sushi and ciabattas, as well as its new ‘Chop Chop’ range.

Open from 7:30am to 4pm Monday-Friday, the Fareham venue is the first Caffé Dallucci open to the public, having launched at Compass’s Chertsey headquarters in 2015.

Louise Pilkington, marketing director at Compass Group UK & Ireland, said: “This is a significant milestone in the development of our Caffé Dallucci brand. We created the original concept to respond to customer demand for great coffee, delicious food and a welcoming place to take a break or work, throughout the day.”

Head of business excellence at Compass Group UK & Ireland, Steve Lovegrove added: “Opening our first public facing Caffé Dallucci is an exciting journey to embark upon. The brand has been really well received at our client sites, so we are looking forward to seeing the results from the new public facing café. This marks a new chapter for the brand with indicators showing great reception from consumers.”
