Abstract
The Clink Restaurant at HMP Brixton will be opening for Sunday lunch and Thursday dinner service to expand its fine dining experience.

The restaurant, operated by The Clink Charity to help prisoners prepare for employment upon their release, will offer a Sunday lunch menu with three exclusive sittings on April 23, May 14 and May 21.

A dinner service on the last Thursday of each month will also take place from June to November 2017, which will offer a four-course a la carte menu with a welcome mocktail for £39.95.

All proceeds will be reinvested back into the charity.

The restaurant, which opened in February 2014, is ranked at number four of over 17,000 London restaurants on TripAdvisor, the review website.

The Clink Restaurant at HMP Brixton provides up to 30 prisoners full time work with trainees also studying for their NVQs in food preparation and food service.
