Geetie Singh, founder of the award winning Duke of Cambridge organic pub in Islington, London, is the latest chef to be confirmed to appear at The Natural Food Show at the Natural & Organic Products Europe trade event.
Singh will appear in the Natural Food Kitchen alongside Sara Berg, head chef of the Duke of Cambridge and co author of Geetie's cookbook "Recipes from the Duke of Cambridge", published last year. They join a high profile line-up that will include a number of celebrity chefs, such as Aldo Zilli and Barney Haughton, leading nutrition experts and big names in the restaurant world.
Commenting on the announcement, event director Simon Barry said: "We are delighted to welcome Geetie and Sara to the Natural Food Show. Quoted as saying 'Food is my love – but food at any cost? Not on your life!' – Geeta has the same strong food values as we have at the show and was a natural choice for us to invite to demonstrate in the new Natural Food Kitchen."
The Natural Food Show, which is taking place take place at Olympia Exhibition Centre on the 3-4 April 2011, is supported by The Soil Association, the Fairtrade Foundation, Demeter, Organic Farmers & Growers, the Organic Trade Board, Vegetarian Society, Vegan Society, Food Lovers Britain, and other leading associations.
