Abstract
ChariTable – a restaurant booking platform which raises money for UK registered charities – has launched a new recipe book, ‘Bookings Signature Dish’, in attempt to increase donations.
The new book includes 365 main course signature dish recipes from some of the UK’s leading chefs, including John Williams at The Ritz, Sean Burbridge at The Ivy and Claudio Cardoso at Sushi Samba.
Spanning a number of different cuisines, the 754-page hardback retails at £40.00, with £5 going to a charity of recipients’ choice. This will add to the £1 per diner that the organisation already donates for every reservation made through charitablebookings.org.
The organisation is also running a competition for those who make and honour 30 bookings for two or more people through www.charitablebookings.org, the prize being a free copy of the book.
