In House is a business in the private dining and conference centre marketplace. It currently services 22 directors dining and hospitality contracts in Central London and employs 95 staff. After a successful 2008, Catermasters has been keen to continue its growth in 2009 and regards the partnership with In House as being key to achieving this objective. Both Catermasters and In House Catering Co Ltd will continue to operate independently but Catermasters founder Richard Moody has now become the joint managing director of In House. In House founders, Mark Herman and Gary Hall, will both play leading roles in the management and development of the business moving forward, with Herman acting as joint managing director and Hall retained as a consultant. Catermasters' Nigel Johnson said: "We are always looking for opportunities to expand and strengthen our business and the partnership with In House at the beginning of 2009 provides us with a valuable route into another contract catering sector that I know we can win an even more significant share of. This is an exciting development for us and everyone at In House." In House's Mark Herman added: "Catermasters has recorded considerable success in the workplace catering sector and this arrangement gives us valuable experience, resource and financial strength to take on more complex contracts of the highest quality, especially in London."
