He won his gold medals in the Fin 5K Road Race, finishing in a time of 08:44.66, and the Fin 10K Time Trial, finishing in 18:20.50. His silver came in the Fin 5k Time Trial, completing this in 08:24.66.
He said: “It was a brilliant experience! Before the games I was just excited to be competing but now, having come away with three medals, I’m really proud of myself and can’t wait to compete again. It was really nice to come back to work and to have everyone congratulate me for my medals.”
