16th Nov 2009 - 00:00
Abstract
ParentPay, who work to improve information technology in the education sector including cashless payments for school meals, have been named as a finalist in the BETT Awards 2010.
More than 80 judges have worked since early this year to narrow down the huge volume of entries for the BETT Awards 2010 and ParentPay has been nominated in the category for Leadership and Management Solutions. Talking about the awards, Stephen Lucey from Becta said "The awards, as always, highlight the rich opportunities provided by technology when effectively used and point the way to resources judged as an exemplar of learning technology at its best, to guide users and reward and further stimulate providers." The winners will be announced on the 13th January 2010 at the Hilton, Park Lane, London.
