The team, based in Aberdeen, has been recognised with the award after taking measures to ensure at least 70% of the menu is a healthy option, low in fat, sugar and salt.
Susan Phimister, catering manager at BP North Sea HQ, said: “I’m delighted that BP NSHQ has gained this accreditation.
“It is well-deserved recognition of the work we have done to develop the menu and offer options to our customers.”
The headquarters has already been awarded with a Healthy Living Award, supported by the Scottish government and NHS Health Scotland, which recognises at least 50% of menu items are healthier.
The Healthy Living Plus recognises a greater emphasis on marketing and promoting healthy food options.
Aramark NE provides the catering at the BP North Sea headquarters.
