Abstract
Bite Catering has appointed Simon Macfarlane, previously from Restaurant Associates, as its new director of operations, and Liz Cummins from CH&Co as the new sales director.
Macfarlane will oversee Bite's growing workplace client portfolio while developing and setting companywide strategies for food and service excellence. Meanwhile Cummins will be ensuring each and every Bite client operation is delivering on its promises of serving the individual needs of that business, its employees and its "all-important" bottom line.
Bites managing director Nick Parker said: "This is going to be a big year for Bite and I'm over the moon to have both Simon and Liz on board at such an exciting time for us. Both have outstanding track records in their individual fields as well as specialist, practical experience on top."
