Abstract
Beyond The Bean (BTB), developer of coffee products for the café bar and foodservice industries, has introduced the ‘BTB Barista Bursary’.
The bursary is designed to give financial support and advice to one applicant throughout the UK Barista Championship heats, which the company sponsors.
The BTB Barista Bursary winner will immediately qualify for support attending the heats, £100 credit to use on the BTB Gear range and a place on the SCAE World Competition Education Programme (WCEP).
The WCEP takes place in London from 23-27 January 2016 and is focused on competition training.
Beyond The Bean is asking for three-minute videos to demonstrate what sets applicants apart from the rest, with the deadline being 30 November.
The company has over 18 years’ experience in making and developing beverages designed for the coffee industry, which are exported to over 40 countries worldwide.
