Abstract
Bellavita Expo 2017, the trade show dedicated to Italian food and wine, is to return to London’s Business Design Centre, Islington.
The event, taking place from June 18th to 20th, is to showcase artisanal producers to buyers, chefs and hoteliers in attendance.
Bellavita's chief executive, Aldo Mazzocco, says: "We already run a very successful programme at the show with talks from some of the finest Italian chefs and sommeliers from across Italy. We want to do more for the hospitality sector by giving them trends information that will help them to plan for 2018.”
The show will feature dishes created by chefs including celebrity chef Aldo Zilli, a panel discussion on food trends and the Bellavita Expo Product Awards Programme.
