Abstract
Independent hospitality provider BaxterStorey has secured a new, three year contract to provide a foodservice package to van leasing company Vanarama.

The contract will see BaxterStorey provide 200 staff in Vanarama’s Hemel Hempstead head office with meals, snacks, lunch buffets, afternoon tea and drinks from its in-house brand Coffee Society.

Dave Hawkes, regional managing director at BaxterStorey, said: “It’s a real privilege to have been appointed as Vanarama’s first ever hospitality supplier.

“Our chef teams worked closely with Vanarama to build an entirely new package for them and introduced them to the wellbeing benefits a tailored service can bridge to the workplace.”

BaxterStorey has created a menu comprised of recipes from its better breakfast and healthy me initiatives, focusing on healthy meals and substituting unhealthy snacks with more nutritious alternatives.

Street food pop-ups will also be introduced and will include BBQ meats, gourmet hotdogs and burritos.

Vanarama’s chief executive and founder Andy Alderson said: We’re delighted to be working with BaxterStorey to provide our staff with nutritious food and beverages at Caférama – that’s what we call the on-site café in our new cutting-edge HQ.”
