Industry commentator Peter Backman and Biff’s Kitchen’s Andrew Allen will open the event with a discussion on ‘2020: A Vision’. The duo will provide a seasonal review of the year and a look at what 2020 might bring for the hospitality and foodservice industry.
The keynote speaker is Alasdair Murdoch, chief executive of Burger King. He will draw on his ‘wealth of experience and success’ within the restaurant industry, having previously worked for Pizza Hut, Pizza Express and KFC.
Murdoch will discuss topics including brand turnaround, reputation management, sustainability, supplier partnerships and team development.
The Christmas Event provides an opportunity to network with industry colleagues, old and new, during a drinks reception and a three-course lunch with wine.
