Abstract
The ACE Ready Steady Cook competition has unveiled The East Wintergarden, Canary Wharf as its new venue for this year.
The new venue offers extended cooking facilities and features screens above the competitors cooking area to allow spectators to follow the action closely.
Each team of two chefs will include one under 25 year old as ACE focuses on encouraging and recognising young talent.
The ACE Ready Steady Cook competition will take place on September 22nd.
