Country range have added three gluten-free cakes to their desert range just in time for the festive season.

With Mintel estimating that 13% of the population are estimated to be living a gluten free diet, it’s vital that caterers offer a range of desserts that appeal to this growing audience and also still look and taste sensational.

The new flavours will be available from October and are:

Carrot cake, which is a moist round gluten free carrot cake filled and topped with sweet frosting and decorated with a sprinkling of hazelnut pieces. 1 x 14 pre-portioned.

Chocolate cake; a moist round gluten free chocolate sponge cake filled and topped with layers of chocolate fudge icing and decorated with a sprinkling of chocolate shavings. 1 x 14 pre-portioned. 

Ultimate sticky toffee pudding , which is a rich gluten free, toffee and date steamed pudding heaped with sticky toffee sauce. Best served with whipped or clotted cream, and a dusting of icing sugar. 1 x 12 (160g) individual puddings.
