Tetley unveils new resealable packs

Tetley is addressing the quality of tea served out of home with its new Tetley Original and Decaf resealable packs for caterers.

The new packs will help operators to deliver consistency and superior taste with every serve, ensuring they provide a satisfying experience for customers out of home.

Tetley is aiming to improve tea served out of home delivering a recognisable brand, the right taste and the right packaging. 

The new premium quality packaging includes thicker material to give improved robustness, handy carry handles to aid transporting the large packs and ease of storage with a ready-made zip, which avoids the need to decant the tea bags.

Isabelle Haynes, Tetley senior brand manager OOH, said: “Tetley accounts for a third of everyday black tea purchases in the UK and our brand is consumed in over 9 million households.

"As a leading tea brand we have a responsibility to use our more than 175 years of expertise to drive the category and help operators deliver the taste and quality of serve consumers expect from their favourite drink.”

Available to caterers in six packs; 1540, 1100 and 440 Original One Cup, 550 and 275 Original Two Cup and 440 One Cup award winning Decaf – all Rainforest Alliance Certified.

The launch will be supported in depots nationwide through both on and off shelf POS, including pallet wraps, shelf strips and aisle flags and promoted across foodservice in all major distributors.
