Global services company, Sodexo, has won the Inclusive Culture award at the 2019 Employers Network for Equality and Inclusion (enei) awards.

The enei awards recognise organisations that demonstrate a commitment to providing an inclusive environment for workers.

The 2019 enei awards took place at The Law Society London and was attended by a range of organisations including the NHS, civil services and government agencies.

To win the award Sodexo showed evidence of: commitment to all levels of the organisation, inclusive communications and a measurable impact across the whole spectrum of diversity aimed at achieving a truly inclusive culture.

Sean Haley, regional chair at Sodexo UK & Ireland, said: “This is a proud moment for Sodexo as we truly believe that an inclusive workplace is one where everyone can thrive and establish a successful career.
