That’s right, thought to be the world’s most expensive beer, a 12-litre bottle of Vielle Bon Secours ale will set your wallet running. It’s available in a small number of restaurants and hotels, has an 8% ABV and has a ‘complex' citric, caramel and toffee flavour with undertones of liquorice and aniseed
  • Globally we eat 100bn bananas every year, half of them identical clones of a single strain known as the Cavendish - all descendants of a single banana
  • Lots of people don’t like cooking, but did you know that some people have a genuine fear/phobia of getting behind the stove – known as mageirocophobia!
  • Are you aware that 90% of the foods we eat come from just 30 plants?
